About Flash:
Why do I need Flash to view this site?
Many of the tools on this Web site and some of the illustrations used require Flash Player in order to make them easier to use and more interactive. It gives the tools the ability to have clickable maps, and provide useful information without the use of pop-ups or complex programming (which could potentially make the tools run slowly).
Also, content created in Flash is typically smaller in file size, which decreases the amount of time it takes to load on your browser.
Flash Player is free to download and install from the Adobe Web site, and comes pre-installed on most newer computers.
The Flash-based features on the Pileus Project Web site require Flash Player 7 or higher.
