Climate Probabilities
The science of climate change has matured to the point where little if any doubt now exists that global warming is and will continue to occur. Different climate models and CO2 emission scenarios however introduce some uncertainty regarding the magnitude of global warming. SKITool developers wanted to convey that uncertainty quantitatively and informatively. SKITool displays results in terms of probabilities – based on the extent to which the different models agree on the scenarios.
